How to improve morale and fitness without using cards

14 Oct

You’ll notice as you play, that your players will get worse and worse the more matches you play in a row. This is because morale and fitness goes down which we touched upon in the starting guide. I already mentioned that you can buy cards to improve the teams fitness and morale but it does get expensive, especially when you’re trying to save up for somebody like Podolski. So is there a way to do it for free?

When you look at squad you’ll see that you a subs bench but you also have a reserves bench. But what’s the point in it if you can’t even play the players on there. Well I’ll explain.

Reserve Bench?

Ever wondered what can you use the reserve bench for?

Take all your players who are low in fitness and morale (I class below 80 fitness as bad) and place them in your reserves and then play a match. You’ll come out of it and notice how its gone up, back into the 90s.

It might take more time and it only really works when you have multiple squads but it definitely saves you precious coins. You can even put gold players in there even if you play in the silver cup since the game only counts the sub bench.

So there you go, some money saving advice. Get saving up for those players.

You can also just put your whole 1st team as in your 2nd team as substitutes and reserves (and your 2nd in your 1st). Like this you’ll keep your fitness very high if you keep switching teams and once done it won’t take any time.
